The truth is, in this world of high processed, fast food and modern conveniences it is getting more and more difficult for women to maintain a fit body. There are some simple steps that you can take to achieving that fit body that you always wanted to have.

Training buddies can be found online. Mentors and coaches are easily found online as well to help you reach your goals. Support forums on many fitness websites can also help you as much as necessary. Therefore, you have to stop whining and start reaching out and go meet the right people online.

If you make a mistake or unhealthy choice that set you back, don't beat yourself up. Just get back up on the treadmill and start to run again. Guilt is a useless emotion, and will only make it harder to make a healthier choice the next time.
